Payment Methods
Prickwear accepts payments from major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Money Order (US & Canada), or through Paypal.
PrickWear utilizes 128-bit SSL certificate from GeoTrust, offering the highest level of security for your sensitive information.
If you choose to pay with a money order, please follow the instructions during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of the Money Order.
How to Place Your Order
- Click on the thumbnail of the item you would like to purchase.
- Customize your product by choosing a style, color and size in the drop-down menus next to the item image.
- Click ‘Add To Cart’ button when you have made your selection.
- Continue through the checkout process by following the on-screen instructions for shipping details, payment method and verification of your order.
*Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
Ordering Problems
Please make sure to enter the correct billing address for your order, this is our most common problem. Please contact us with any other problems.
Shipping Info
We ship anywhere in the US and most countries internationally. Your order will be shipped 7-10 days after the order has been placed. We offer a print on demand service, which is why your order needs extra time to be shipped. Shipping takes 7-14 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days internationally. Shipping options and details can be viewed during the checkout process.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $80 when shipped within the continental US.
Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.

Custom printing is available for a small set-up fee and a minimum order, please contact us for more details.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted with a valid reason. We don’t want to hear about how you accidentally used your new shirt to clean up that lonely night when you didn’t wear your shirt out, therefore no one would talk to you and you returned alone and rubbed one out.
To submit your return please login to your Prickwear account, select ‘View Previous Orders’ from your account menu, then select ‘Order Details’ for the purchase you want to return. At the bottom of the page follow the link to ‘Return Authorization Request’ and provide the requested information. We will review your request and get back to you within 48 hrs with instructions on completing your return.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges; please follow the return instructions above. Make sure to let us know what you would like to exchange for; product name, style, color and size.
